Mention chocolate and they come running!
Maybe I’m stretching that statement a little but last week’s little commenting challenge once again cemented my belief in the strength of our fab FYBF community.
And guess what? I don’t have one but TWO winners!
Well done to Sally-Ann of Toddlers on Tour read a total of 27 posts!
Awesome effort!
And her fave #FYBF post?
“My favourite from a fellow traveller National Park Camping by Go Camping Australia…” wrote Sally-Ann.
Now, coming in a little later past the deadline but having read a total of 30 posts, I want to congratulate Tara Hart of Gluten Free Hart.
Spreading lots of comment love, her favourite post was Raising Girls Who Don’t Use Drugs by the straight shooter, Danielle at Keeping Up With the Holsbys.
Tara actually didn’t want the chocolates. Can you believe it? I have the e-mail evidence:
“I don’t even care about the bloody chocolates anymore hahahaha I’ve missed the deadline and am so tired I can’t even blink. I actually really enjoyed reading them commenting, getting replies and some return blog love.”
See, peeps? Go forth and comment lots and the bloggy love is always sure to return in some form or another….like a box of choccies.
At the least, try the Power of Four, yes?
Oh, and one more community announcement:
The Fabulous Mumabulous is organizing the next Digital Parents Sydney bloggers get together:
The venue will be Palings Kitchen and Bar, located on level one of The Ivy (Oooooh! Swanky!) 330 George St. Sydney.
So if you’re free and would like to get up to the usual shenanigans in a pretty frock and some heels, RSVP here.
Till next week folks…Peace OUT.

2. Sign up to the awesome Digital Parents community ( if you haven’t already done so). DP was created by Brenda Gaddi who happens to be the creator of FYBF. She’s also created 4 gorgeous kidlets. In case you’d like to know. Or maybe not. But we’ll share that info just the same.
3. Add your post URL to the linky. Please only link up one post.
4. Grab the funky FYBF button and post it on your sidebar. Help spread the blogfloggin love.
5. Visit the blogs of your fellow FYBF’ers and share the comment love.
6. Share some more comment love. It’s proven to make your wrinkles disappear…overnight. #truth
Love me a bit of FYBF love – thanks for weekly linky lovely! Have a happy weekend! Em
(BTW – I reckon I smoked those girls with reads and comments but didn’t think to email you – I might just have to go back and have a lot cos that’s how competitive I am )

Em!!! You shoulda emailed me!! I saw all your comments as I was going through all the posts! I might just have to send you some choccies anyway. Yes? 🙂 x
Send them to this Em instead!!! HIJACKED!
Bahahaha! Nothing like a smart hijacker! 🙂
Top effort, ladies. I just read Emily’s comment above and I think I’m the same lol. Uber competitive too. Each week I tell myself not to spend all of Friday night reading them and that I should spend time with hubby … there are just so many great reads though! Love this link up too!

I’m super impressed with the winners, and Em and Renee! I’m inspired to try harder. Loving the Power of Four, Mama G. It’s a great one.

Congratulations ladies. That would right though, the one Friday I can’t participate! Never mind, I love reading and commenting on all the posts every week regardless. Fridays is my favourite day of the week. Thanks for bringing it to us every week, Grace. x

Congratulations ladies! I visited eight. Not even close! If I’d known it was Lindt… (I saw with five blocks of chocolate in the fridge!!)

I think I commented on eight. I would have loved to do more. I did click on almost everyone’s link though. Nothing like an extra pageview to spread some traffic love.

I have to admit I forgot to let you know how many posts I commented on, but that is beside the point 🙂
I am so glad you got a little fire in the belly so everyone remembers the point of FYBF. It’s a great platform but only if everyone gives as well as takes. Fantastic job as always Grace 🙂

It’s Friday, Friday….. OMG it’s finally Friday! Just about to start the long weekend here in Perth and it’s almost my birthday. Add to that school holidays starting (that’s a good thing in my books) and the Perth Show starts tomorrow and things are looking pretty good!

Hiya! I’ve been pretty quiet on the comment front lately as I’ve just been wiped out on Fridays for the last 4 weeks in a new job. But I’m back and I’ll be spreading some comment love baby! And I’ll be seeing you soon. xxx

Tara@glutenfreehart recently posted..A little HIGH TEA frivolity
This is the first time in about 5 weeks that I’ve linked up and that is specifically because I knew I wouldn’t have the time to read and comment on the other posts. It’s not only disrespectful to you but I also feel it’s a bit of a smack in the face to all the other bloggers who do the right thing.
That said I have been HANGING out to link up again so I am glad I finally have a post AND the time to read and comment this week. I was totes having FYBF withdrawals lol xx

Thanks for the link up as always, and it’s great to see so many of us getting on the comment wagon!

Let us hope the comment love continues strongly once more.
