After taking the long way around to Brisbane Airport from Problogger at the Gold Coast, I safely sit here at the departures lounge waiting for my homeward sweet homeward bound flight.
After 2 full days of inspiring keynote presentations, eager note-taking, self-reflecting and a LOT of laughing with friends, I am exhausted, truly physically and even emotionally spent.
There’s been lots of great learnings at this year’s PBEvent but for now I need the space and time to digest it all…and to also reconnect with my family. (Oh, how I’ve missed them).
I plan to share some of the insights with you but until then, I leave you with this video. The beautiful, talented and funny Clare Bowditch leading the audience in impromptu singing, proving that we all can do anything…especially when we think we can’t.
Happy FBLS, peeps! Share the love today.
Don’t forget the important FBLS stuff:
1. Copy and paste your Facebook Blog Page URL and link it up below
2. If you can, please “Like” a fellow blogger’s page through your personal account. (For some bizzaro reason, the number of Likes on a fan page is only tallied from personal accounts).
3. For the love of bloggy karma, don’t link and dash! Reciprocate the Facebook Like love, ‘k?
* Not a deal breaker but how about giving a shout out to a new page you found ? Doesn’t cost much. Give tenfold, get hundred back, I say.
P.S To try and get as many bloggers joining in, please share or retweet this post! The more pages there are here to “Like”, the more love there is to share
It looks like it was an incredible event!!
Will look forward to your insights, have enjoyed following it through you ladies and hope to make it next year XX

I’m so thrilled you got a lot out of the event… I think these events are a wonderful way to connect with the people we chat to so often in cyber land.
I’m yet to go to one, but I’m totes jealous. I reckon this year is my year now Kiki is old enough to fend for herself (off the boob at least).
Sorry if I busted your chops over the FB update. I bloody hate know-all sticklers (who are incorrect 😉

No worries, Danielle. Not really sure who you’re referring to as the incorrect know-it-all stickler but I hope that it’s not me.
Was just sharing what a FB Marketing Expert had up on her presentation. Don’t shoot the messenger 😉
LOL! Love the video! Looking forward to reading your insights. Hopefully I will get to make it next year. Fingers crossed!

My two have been making up for lost time too. Good to be home, but am already acutely aware of how much other stuff needs my attention. 15 minutes a day right? Man I hope I can do it! 🙂

Missing out on Clare was one of the things I was saddest about. Glad you had such a fabulous time. After watching this I am even more sad.

So you had time to sit and relax? Here I was thinking you’d get there right on time, all arms, legs and bag waddling quickly and awkwardly into the airport. Perhaps I was overzealous with the ‘ quick, get them and go like the wind’ mention at the end on PBlogger LMAO! Oppsie, my bad?
