Happy Sunday, FBLS’ers!
Greater unknown forces took complete control of all common sense and logic last Friday afternoon.
I have unofficially signed up to run the Sydney Morning Herald Half-Marathon in May.
It’s still unofficial because entries haven’t actually opened yet but you can submit a request which group you’d like to be slotted in.
Somehow, I accidentally pressed the button, asking to be in the Blue Group where participants run 21 kms in sub 105 minutes. (The novice runner that I am, had to google what “sub” meant…).
Holy crazy runs! What have I done???!
I had to send through last year’s City2Surf results and with one look, the bots on the other end are going to be laughing their asses off!
They will be left with no other alternative but to create a special group for me:
“The Nana Shuffle”
In the meantime, I’ll keep training and slog away.
At least I have Ryan…
(Thanks to @tonedtannedandfit for posting this dreamy, um, I mean, inspiring photo on Instagram…)
Are we ready to do our own FBLS marathon and spread some lovin’ ?
As always, don’t forget to tell your friends about FBLS!
Don’t forget the important stuff:
1. Copy and paste your Facebook Blog Page URL and link it up below
2. If you can, please “Like” a fellow blogger’s page through your personal account. (For some bizzaro reason, the number of Likes on a fan page is only tallied from personal accounts).
3. For the love of bloggy karma, don’t link and dash! Reciprocate the Facebook Like love, ‘k?
* Not a deal breaker but how about giving a shout out to a new page you found ? Doesn’t cost much. Give tenfold, get hundred back, I say.
P.S To try and get as many bloggers joining in, please share or retweet this post! The more pages there are here to “Like”, the more love there is to share!
That is awesome Grace! good for you!

Good for you! And thanks for hosting FBLS and especially for the tip on Page likes not tallying. I thought I was going mad because people keep liking but the numbers don’t move. Bizarro indeed. Will know to share my likes as me from now on. 🙂
Well done!!!! I am sure the gorgeous Mr.Gosling will keep the Nanna Shuffle tendencies right at bay 😉 Have a brill Sunday xxx

Nice work Grace, I’m sure you’ll do great! My sister A has just signed up to do another run and be a mento to other runners starting to out and her next one is on the Great Ocean Road in VIC. Feeling kind of jealous of all you running people, think I’m gonna have to seriously consider once I’ve got this new munchkin out in the open!
