Despite the rain and cold, miserable weather that sums up our winter so far, there have been some breathtaking sunsets.
But there’s that window of time – just at the tipping end of dusk – where life seems to just sit perfectly still.
The rays have a softer, gentler feel. The world looks a little more forgiving.

My boys never fail to mention that it’s winter in Australia. You may miss the summer but it was a whopping 97 degrees today and after a week of pleasant 70 degree weather, it sizzucked.
